can you name the only two vegetables that are flowers? its for school and i have no idea

Artichokes are the flower of the plant too. You could also make a case for several of the flowers that are used in fancy restaurants; nasturtiums and pansies come immediately to mind

Spinach is not. Spinach is a leaf.
