Leave the room like you forgot something and pretend not to notice. There is probably a VERY compelling reason for someone to do that such as hemorrhoids. The last thing that person wants is someone to comment on it or laugh at them. Think about how you would feel in the same situation.

something similar happened at work like this and this guy had a tape of Itchy and Scratchy music from the Simpsons and would play it when she was around. This lady had a hand down the front and one down the back and digging for gold.

i think you either never NEVER need to eat any food this coworker brings in, avoid handshakes, and don't allow them to touch anything around your place of work ever! Unless you feel like sterilyizing every time they leave.
