is your reception good and clear when you are miles above the earth?

it is impossible to connect by cell phone in a plane that is above 4,000 feet.

On September 11, 2001, the FAA stated that Flight 93 never went below 29,000 feet until its' sudden fatal plunge.

kinda rules out the "let's roll" deal, doesn't it?

Perhaps a few Big-Fat-Rush-Limbaugh misinformed conservative Bush cultists are confused by your simple question. Fortunately, most of the participants in this forum do not fall into that category.

The phony cell phone calls from flight 93 is one of a large number of unexplained facts surrounding 9/11/2001 tragedy. Although, it is not common knowledge, many family members of 9/11 victims have assertively asked for specific individuals to answer detailed questions, and congress has elusively ducked those questions. The questions of victim family members is not covered by the mass media in any way. As difficult as it seems to many people, the media is quietly complicit in a cover up by not covering (or suppressing) important stories.

If you take the time to study 9/11 events, you will realize that the official explanations are quite a distance from the truth. To anyone who is trained in building demolition, you'd know that steel framed buildings don't pancake and disintegrate as they did from fire alone. Fire was the official explanation for two of the three buildings. WTC 7 is still unexplained.

As uncomfortable as it is, you should study some of the interview footage available on the Google video web side. Query: "911 truth"

I was on a plane from LA 2 weeks ago and a guy made a call to his wife giving birth! He was arrested when he arrived at the airport and released. Cell service from 5 miles un interrupted is quite possible and has saved MTN climbers lives. I worked for Verizon and the Military communications division of raytheon.. your MYTH is Busted!

No it is not impossible to connect. You are not supposed to and it is against their regulations, but it IS possible to connect. Maybe you just have a crappy cell provider. I accidently left my cell on on a flight and a call did come through.

My cell phone service is terrible. I'm glad that there are pay satellite phones on board to use.

lol. You're an idiot. They have phones on the back of the seats that work if you swipe a credit card.

I'm assuming your question is written in some sort of liberal code.
