I think it's you but some people probably do that. I mean if he is sexy, he is sexy, you don't have time to fantasize about him. If he is not so attractive then they do fantasize, probably though, but that is because they probably are attracted to 'sexy' people and they might find it torture to just do it without fantasizing. I've never fantasized during sex. I focus on other things, like how good it feels. I have a good looking husband though. If he got fat I would drag his *** to the gym.

Then you must not really love him 100%. Sure everyone fantasizes, but that is a sure sign that maybe he is not the one. I have never fantasized about my hubby like that, I usuallly fantasize about places, locations, and other things, but not changing him.
