move in with my aunt four months prior to attending a Florida university and get the instate tuition instead of out of state?

Most state schools have caught on to this scam and require longer in state residency. I do not know about Fla. Read the University application about the definition of "resident".

No, I think you would have to be residing in FL for a longer period of time.
