No men are not more superior than women but it is natural that as women we need them and being women we have the talent and intelligence to make them feel any way that makes them happy.

I definitly think that men and women are created equally as far as potential goes. Of course there are some physical differences but manual labor is becoming less important and so that isn't such a factor anymore. I think that military service and household roles should not be based on sex. Men are not superior to women. That's insane. There has been a drastic change since leave it to beaver. Women now have the capability and mind set to strive for more interactive and aggressive positions.
However, many women and men still enforce gender roles. There is alot of media representation that makes men and women feel like they are not meeting some standard (gender) if they don't follow the rules. Really, is there any one other than you who can tell you what makes you a real woman? Of course not. but alot of people don't recognize that. I personally have broken up with ALOT of women when they said something that implied those things (i'm the girl so i do this or you're the guy so you do that).
With all that being said, women and men aren't treated equally in the world regardless of whether they really are or not. There are plenty of cases of discrimination against men and women just because of their sex.

Equal in what sense?
Many people consider men to be superior (not "more superior") to women. They are wrong, but that's what they think.
More of the higher paying and more prestigious and powerful jobs are held by men than by women. (It's impossible to know what you mean by "equal in the aspect of their jobs..." as it doesn't make any sense.)
Women still do most of the grunge work at home.
Many people consider men superior to women (you asked twice) -- fewer and few over time, but look at the posts on this site and you'll see a lot of woman-bashing.
June Cleaver was a fictional character -- women no longer dress and wear their hair like her, as fashions have changed; as for the rest of her character, it was fiction.
(You should have been able to figure out for yourself that women don't dress etc. the same as June Cleavor, so it's hard to know why you bother asking us.)
I think you need to think a little more clearly about what you want to ask. Your questions are flawed.

CREATED equal = yes
Are men superior = no, both sexes are equal
Equality in jobs = no, I just read today that women earn $.77 to every dollar a man earns in the same job with the same qualifications.
Equality in the military = I dont know
Roles at home = I think women tend to the household while men tend to the outside and repair-type projects. Women's "jobs" are more mundane and time consuming (ie. laundry, cleaning, etc.) Men's are physically harder but don't take as long and are not done as frequently (ie. mowing the lawn). So I'd say there's about a 70 / 30 split, with women doing more.
Of course women have changed drastically since the 1950's. The "serve your husband" mentality is as dead as the dodo bird.
This, of course, is a sweeping generalization and does not apply to everyone.

Men and women each have different strengths and weaknesses, just as any individual from either sex does. Same goes for talents. Society at large presents the "acceptable" role for either gender, whether it be that men should be more macho or more sensitive, or that women be thinner or more empowered. How exactly did June Cleaver get all the housework done in high heels, anyway? Ouch!

My gosh, what a vague question...
1. Men and women weren't 'created', and are different sexes of the same species. Of course they are not exactly the same, so how can they be 'equal'?
2. It should be obvious to anyone with more intelligence than a pizza that women are not generally treated equally in their jobs, the military or in their roles at home.
3. Most men consider men to be superior to women. Some women believe it too, because they have been taught well by the male-dominated political and educational system.
4. Have they changed drastically since the '50's? Are you telling us that you can't answer this for yourself?
I hope this is a test of some kind to gauge other peoples opinions and you're not seriously wondering about the answers.

To me, at least, men and women are equal. That doesn't mean they're the same, though; biologically our brains are a little bit different. I think it has to do with hormones while we're in the womb.
Unfortunately, men and women aren't always -treated- equally by society.

No, there is not gender equality, there are still vast amounts of institutionalized gender inequality. (Link below to a report on this with great examples).
Gender itself is social expectation. Not only that it is expectation, it is gender segregated social expectation. That alone produces an inequality that is recycled through our language, and language is the heart of culture. Gender inequalities are recycled through all of our social institutions because social institutions are the framework for society and as thus are woven together and interconnected.
Some people consider men superior to women. Some people consider women superior to men.
If the statement "There are as many [human] sexes as there are humans." were true, what would that do to gender? What would the existence of more than two sexes do to gender? (There are at least 9 chromosomal sexes.) Never heard that before? This is most likely because such information would undermine several religions by debasing the binary sex and gender models that claim that there are only two sexes and only two corresponding genders. A
long with debasing religions, widespread knowledge of, and educated comprehension of what that means to our concepts of sex, would destablize institutionalized rationalizations for gender discrimination both blatant and sublte. Not to mention, Gender, is the top grossing (selling) theme over any other market in the world in its binary form.
When thinking about sex and gender please consider the following: "It is the people who fail to fit the pattern whose legitimacy is questioned rather than [the legitimacy] of the pattern itself."

I think men and women should be equal, and were created almost equal, without any superiority of one over the other. But of course cruel rulers of countries in the world, in the past and in the present, would totally disagree. Anyone who would say such things in Wallachia (Bucharest county) in the middle of the 15th Century would have been impaled by Dracula. And anyone who would say such things in Morocco during the end of the 17th Century, or the beginning of the 18th, would have found himself in Ismail the Bloodthirsty's den of lions.
