no not unhealthy at all. Me and my fiance tried this years ago. At first it was awkward but its an acquired position. Now that Im pregnant we find it easier that way because sometimes I am sore or just feel uncomfortable to have vaginal sex. Its up to you and your partner completely. It may take a while to get into the swing of things but you just might like it.

It's not unhealthy. (But don't try to get gf to do it unless she expresses interest.) However, make sure that anything that's "been there" doesn't go anywhere else unless it's had a thorough cleaning. Know what I mean? And remember, her comfort is most important.

It could possibly be unhealthy! If you get fecal material in your urethra you could develop an infection! Think of all the bacteria you find in a toilet! That is what you are putting your " man hood" in.

it is not unhealthy... it is very very normal... more people do this and love it then they will admit.
but you have to remember never ever go into the vagina once you were in that area you can cause a bacteria infection etc.

Having intercourse will not hurt the baby. He is safe and warm and unless she has something like a car wreck, or falling downstairs, they baby is totally safe.

no, i don't think it's unhealthy, but strange and can be very painful for the woman! my husband wanted to try this many years ago, it caused hemorrhoids! I would not advise it at all, for her sake.

Not that I have ever heard of. I have 3 children and have never had any complications. Now if you read up online here, they say sex can help bring on labour near the end of your pregnancy. My doctor with my last one told me to have sex to help bring my labour on!
