Yes Arsenen Wenger is the finest manager around for finding talented players & signing them for next to nothing & making them into superstars.

Players such as Patrick Viera, Thierry Henry, Robert Pires, Ashley Cole, Freddie Ljungberg, Kolo Toure.

Look at the players that he is blooding now such as hoyte, clichy, Van Persie, Wallcott, Denilison, Diaby, Adebayor.

He is one of the best. I really admire what he has done for Arsenal in preparing their future with the finding and guiding young talent. He has recognized teams don't last for ever and has put things in place to see the continuation of players coming through. His vision and knowledge of the game are high. However Rafa is one of the best tactical minds in the game. He reads a game well but sometimes doesn't get the results. Sir Alex however I find, has the ability to combine most skills into his game plan and build his players performances and confidence with the right mix and at the right times. I think he, Sir Alex, is the finest Manager not just in England, but one of the best in the world.

I would probably say yes if Mourinho didn't come to England, because he made us realise they weren't that good but didn't have enough challenge therefore the Premiership was a 2 way horse either Arsenal or Man U and now a day we can't even think of Arsenal.

I like him and strongly believe he is a great coach but one thing I don't like about him is that he doesn't like big challenge (in terms of landing great players) I've noticed that he likes to buy young players so that even if the team looses to the likes of Chelsea, he can not be blamed as Chelsea have more world class players.

Thanx!

One of the best along with Jose Mourinho and Sir Alex Ferguson.

But I think Roy Keane of Sunderland FC should be on the list, because when he took over as the Club's manager, the team was in last place of the Coca-Cola Championship league.

They have netted a spot for the playoffs and possibly a chance for promotion into the Premier League.

No, the finest manager in England is the manager who does the most with the least and there are a few to choose from. Any manager can win trophies with a massive cash flow enabling him to buy the best players, it doesn't mean they are good managers.

Unfortunately, I think that it is Sir Alex, which is a shame cos I have been a gunner since 1971.
Arsene is a very close 2nd.
