Why, that is the most absurd accusation in recent Yahoo!Answers history! What are you basing it on...the elements of means, motive, and opportunity MUST be met in order for such an allegation to be made.
Just because she had an image of a shrewd businesswoman in sexpot clothing; and, because she upset the apparent heir of a 1.6 billion dollar fortune...does not necessarily mean that she had any enemies capable of her demise, does it?
Just because she enjoyed the liberal independence known to women of her generation that was not in keeping with mainstream American values does not mean that her final decisions to bear children were affected. The fact that anybody who was within 3 feet of her became a possible biological relative to the new "heir apparent" of the massive fortune.
Were they murdered? Murder is the unlawful and intentional killing of a human being by another. See the poison excerpt below...and consider that providing the means by which one may slowly contribute to one's own eventual death ... may or may not constitute murder.
Was there a full toxicology screen performed at autopsy? Was she in a country where criminal investigation methods would be avant garde? Maybe she just forgot to wake up..that morning. Maybe she was just tired of waking up...
Murdered?
Who would want that end of her?
Any of her lovers not currently close enough to be associated with her?
Her angry step-son who wanted to inherit the fortune of his father?
A disgruntled employee who dutifully carried out the day to day care of her without the 'fringe benefits' that the others ... who did not care as much ... got?
Anyone in a binding contractual agreement that was not working out in their best interest?
How would it be perpetrated?
Lure her to a beautiful, tropical locale with modest medical ability and relaxed legal systems?
Provide a substance that her son was prescribed to treat his 'other (and worse)' addictions..it belonged to her as part of his last effects?
Give her anything she wants...after all she has the money to 'have it'...? Even if it is illegal and unhealthy for her...it is her choice.
What about the opportunity aspect... unless it is a violent act... it would have been an access by virtue of association. An old lover, boyfriend, boodyguard, or other close associate...who did not mind her using harmful chemicals within her own domicile or room?
This is simply too absurd to be explored further...as you can see from my comments, it was merely an accidental failure to wake up that morning...that's all.

Yes because there was too much money at stake, when there is that much money involved people will go to great lengths. There had to be some reason why she just had a commitment ceremony with her lawyer and not an actual wedding.

It's been said that truth is stranger than fiction - so who knows? Anything is possible.

In my opinion that Stern guy seems very shady. I think it's so weird that she died so soon after losing her son.
