Mine is..... I live in the UK and you should see the amount of Somalies, Kosovans, Albanians, Polish, lithuanians, Latvians, Nigerians, Cameroons, Kenyans, South africans, Zimbabwians, and too many more to mention that have invaded my town in the last year.
So in answer to your question, what im doing is moving to Thailand at least i wont be an ethnic minority there...
