I got new spark plugs, wires and coil packs and its still doing the same thing! the check engine light is on and the error reads "misfire #4" but i just had the sparkplugs done! someone please help!

You could have a bad coil pack. Your computer might be screwed up or you could have a bad wire. Even though they are new, sometimes they are broke. Or maybe because it is a Mitsubishi. Just kiddin.

the fuel injector #4 is failing.
as a test, move the injector number 4 to cylinder 1 and viceversa(flip) ,erase the code and re-scan, it should read "misfire #1"
then, replace the damaged injector.

it may be your timing chain. go to mechanic and have them put it on their computer and check it out.

maybe you have a plugged injector.
