Definitely Bruce Wayne! Why? Because he was a man without super human strength. As a child, his parents were murdered. He could have used their deaths as an excuse, sat on his riches in his golden mansion, smoked weed and sipped on 40 ouncers for the rest of his life. But, no -- he choose to use his power (money) to "free" Gotham City.
