When windows loads up a message box shows up that says: "A drive in a RAID 0 volume is failing." I take this as a bad thing. What does this mean and is there anyway to solve this problem?

it means one of your drives in that is in a raid array is about to fail....look at your raid arrays log and find which one and replace it.
