how do u tell a guy that has a girlfriend?

i know this guy that has a girlfriend and i have a major crush on him and i really want to tell him that i like but im to scared to tell him

I would wait and see how is relationship works out. If he really likes this other girl and you tell him about your crush, he is just going to feel uncomfortable around you. Besides, if he was your guy, would you want someother girl telling him she liked him? Probably not and what goes around comes around.
