I try to be nice but there are certain things in life we have to do.. I work at a truck stop when I was 16 and lived in a car . men were always being rude.. but I took it so it really pisses me off when the girl from mcdonalds is rude to me when all i want is my food the way i order it.. its not that hard
I have also went out of my way to apologize when I snapped at someone unfairly

Yes because when someone is rude to me for no good reason I am not going to sit there and let them be rude to me, I going to stick up for myself. I really don't like to be rude to anyone and it doesn't make me feel better about myself.

The CAUSE, no...
One time, a customer was so rude at 7am, and I was soooo nice to him, it was sickening. But, he still tried to find someone in charge, to get me fired. It didn't work though, I had a witness to the whole thing. He didn't apologize to me, but my bosses got his apology.

My next door neighbor who'd get P O'd if a blade of grass got in her yard. She said,"You Texans are such weird people". To which I replyed,"If you hate us so much, go back to NY cause nobody here would miss you".
