How to motivate them?

Surely some people are lazy because they believe in laziness would bring them happiness. The worst scenario is when they believe that they are not the type of people you could ask or direct them to do things they don't like. They would give you more than thousand excuses and reasons why they are not able to do things they supposed to do. Solution is to get their timetable and start planning the works in advance and supervise and monitor them closely.

I don't think there are many things to do in order to make them don't be so lazy...if they can't understand that they "harm" their selves there's nothing to do... you can just talk and talk and talk and talk to them hoping that 1 day they'll stop being sooooo lazy...

Some things are taught not caught and I feel hard work ethics is taught as you are growing up if you work hard then maybe they will catch on you can always be hopeful
