I think they are equal. They tell different parts of the horror of the Holocaust. "Survival" tells of what life was like in Auschwitz and "Schindler's" tells of how one man made a difference and saved hundreds of lives. Both are good in explaining the Holocaust. Also, "The Pianist" is good as well - as it shows one man's survival in Warsaw. It too, tells of the horrors that were preformed.

Schindler? As in Oskar Schindler? In school, we are learning about him and the Holocaust as we read Anne Frank's Diary- the play. I think that he was a hero, because even though he started out bad, he finally came to his senses. He saved many lives by letting people work in his factory. He could have been caught any moment, yet he risked it.

It's great that you are interested in the Holocaust.

I'm not familiar with "Survival" but I find it hard to believe that a work could be as hard hitting as "List".
