Animal rights is a way to take away the rights of people, not about helping animals. As the recent PETA trial shows, their people aren't interested in actually helping animals. Indeed, they're willing to kill them themselves and dump the bodies rather than help find them homes.

yes, RSPB, Greenpeace, SSPCA. British Wildlife assoc. Dogs Trust, Cats Protection League (CPL).

Theres also veterinary assistance charities such as Blue Cross, Peoples dispensary for Sick Animal (PDSA), Dogs Trust, CPL, just to name a few.

There also a the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) which regulate veterinary practices to ensure that animals receive the correct standard of care. This organisation also ensures that vet practices give first aid care to any animal (wildlife or other) where necc/possible.
DEFRA also have rule/regs for protection/regulation of farm animals

They are very few of them, the reason being that private individuals have neither the money nor the staff to take on private individuals to court
