Give me the shirt, I'm sure I can manage to shrink it for you since I always end up shrinking mine no matter what I do.... =(
Wash it and dry on high heat. That should do the trick!

Wash the shirt in hot water and put it in the dryer, if it's truly "2" sizes too big, that will shrink it to fit. Cotton shrinks ALLOT! So maybe keep checking on the size, once after the hot wash, if it looks small enough after this, do not put in the dryer, just hang up to dry and iron if necessary to wear. Otherwise if you wanted more shrinkage and put it in the dryer, then check on it as its drying so it doesn't get too small! Good luck!

As long as the shirt wasnt preshrunk or made with extra material to compensate for shrink the you should be able to shrink it by washing it in Hot water then drying it on high.
Being its 2 sizes to big the other option, if it doesn't shrink, is to alter it by tailoring it. Either pinching where is is baggy and pinning it then sowing. If to much material then you can cut some of it off.

100% cotton can often shrink. If it's colour-safe, wash in HOT water (don't bother with detergent, you're not trying to "wash" it but shrink it) and then put it in the dryer on high heat.
It should shrink *some.* Otherwise, seek out a place that offers "alterations." They can take in seams to fit you. Taking in is MUCH easier than letting out. Dry cleaners often will have business cards of locals who do alterations if they don't have someone on staff...or check the yellow pages.

this would ensue with the aid of conceitedness sizing, replace of fabrics, or the like. there is many the clarification why it rather is unquestionably smaller. I recommend, i admire my outfits not loose on me, and that i'm noticeably small. it rather is how i'm outfitted, yet in a single keep I placed on a length 0, others i think greater gentle in a a million. it is not my fault i'm small the two nonetheless, have confidence me if i ought to alter this i'd. people who're very small/skinny could be further dealt with the way any obese individual could be. human beings will tell me I even have none of this, or that, inspite of the undeniable fact that it would not define me. in line with possibility it rather is because of the fact they're targetting in the direction of young women now too? Meh, /: do not we want we knew

You could wash it in very hot water but that will ruin the fabric and make the garment not look new any longer. Do you know anyone who knows how to sew? Maybe they could sew up the side seams so it would fit you better. You can take it to the cleaners and they will do it but they charge too much money to do something like that. Find someone who can sew it for you.
