My baby has lots of little white spots on her nose. None on the bridge, just on the tip of her nose. My husband says they're her pores. Is that really what they are and when will the white spots dissapear? It's been 3 weeks since she was born.

Just wanted to add, they are not bumps, just spots. If you run your finger over them you can't even feel them so I don't think it's the baby acne I've read about. And, no they don't seem to bother her at all, my guess is she's not even aware she has them.

Sounds like Milk spots. They eventually go away. Not a big deal no need to worry. Mom to 3 here.

My son was born with these on his nose too. I kept expecting them to go away but they never did. He's 14 now and they have become black heads instead of little white bumps. So, in our case, they didn't ever clear up at all.

I've heard them called "milk bumps", or baby acne. Totally normal. The ones on her nose will probably go away, and others may crop up somewhere else like her forehead. No biggie.

It is probably just baby acne. The mother's hormones, from when the baby was in the womb, normally causes this. It should clear up in a couple of weeks.

Believe me its completely normal, and the white spots will go away with time. Don't worry about them.

We just called 'em baby white heads. :P They're normal. I think it might be what's called Milia. I found you a link. They should be clearing up soon. As long as it doesn't seem to be bothering baby I wouldn't worry about it. ^_^

Yup! All babies have it. It's "baby acne", and it's completely natural. My pediatrician said don't do anything about it, because it will clear up on its own (unlike adult acne). Enjoy the baby!

I'm not sure what they are, but I have seen several babies with the same thing, so im sure she is okay! They do go away

They call that milia, read about it online. Althoug my son's had some texure to it I think
