For instance-

Blushing could have been them actually being hot but not hot for you.
Winking at you could have been something in their eye not because they liked you.
Looking at your chest could have been because she thought your outfit was horrible or jealous of your chest size not because she wanted to get with you.

I could go on. LOL! Do you think we misentrerpret signals all the time? What are some other mixed signals that people have given you?

absolutely. when we like someone, our mind plays tricks on us. we want them to like us back so much, that we interpret things they do or say in a way that would reinforce the concept that they like us too.

I always do this... I meet someone and I think that they might be into me, but I'm not sure, so I usually just forget about it. Unless I see them a lot, and then after a lot of flirting on their part, I'll figure it out. So, I do misinterpret quite often, but in another way.

I think that we do misinterpret signals all the time...but usually signals do not come one at a time...they are usually in multiples....so that you get many of the signals at once.
