If you are talking about cramps in you bones, try alleve. If your talking about charlie horse cramps , eat more bananas.
If your talking about menstral cramps.A few days before time for your period, cut down on salt and spices. They tend to make them worse. Heating pad on the stomach helps. I use to take something for cramps, but the things I mentioned helped better.

Aleve like every one else is saying is really really good. I have awful periods and thats the only thing that touches the pain. Also Aleve is a NSAID. Which means its a anti-inflammatory drug. Its really good all around.

ib profin... rx strength if you can get it, its the only thing that helps my girlfriend, and its also supposed to help take out the inflation to make the period easier too... she has to start taking it a few days before so she doesn't go through as much pain and then it also eases the pain.

Name brand "Aleve" or generic naproxen sodium. 2 tabs work best for me.
