granted im not a doctor but im pretty sure this can happen at any time after you start puberty. the hormone that causes milk letdown is oxytocin and is present in your body at various times in your life. it also induces labor. its release can be triggered by the simplest of things that will make you feel motherly. it has been experimently shown that oxytocin can be released by the image of a baby's face, even when that baby is not your own. so long story short it can definitely happen and is normal. if you're worried about it you should go see your doctor and he/she will probably tell you the exact same thing. if this is your only symptom i would not worry about it

For still an unknown reason many women will secrete breast milk when it is not an appropriate time. Many with this ability were looked upon, mostly by royalty, for their ability to act as a wet nurse.

Nipple discharge can be a sign of many different conditions - including pituitary tumors and even breast cancer. It can also mean nothing. You need to see a dr.

Yes, it happened to me for years. There is also colostrum coming out of the breasts too but it only happened to me when they were expressed.
