I have a job picked out for when i graduate. i think i'll be good at it because i like to talk. does anybody think being a news anchor is stupid. i heard they get payed really good. this is the job i really want and i also want to know if its stupid

If you want to do it, go for it.
In the meantime, you will NEED to brush up on your English - presentation is everything when you are in the media.
If you don't capitalize your "i", misspell words like "paid" and don't bother to capitalize the beginning of a sentence, you will not even get the interview.
I will not even go down the line as to why anyone would think it a stupid career.

No it is not stupid, why would you think that way, if you enjoy talking and feel that would be a career for you. go for it....
