Something like this recently DID happen to me. He was probably just teasing you, so don't take it the wrong way. I know how it feels though, when you don't know if your crush is making fun of you. I think that maybe if he waves at you once, you can do that girly wave back and see how he reacts. If he laughs, I guess he meant it as a joke when he did it with you. Good Luck with him!
