If you're not allowed to have it, why not wait? Piercings should never be taken out right after being done because the skin will close up trapping all the pus that needs to be drained. This is a sure fire way to give yourself and infection. I couldn't change my lip ring for two months and I think that's about average.
Also, most piercers would not recommend putting in a retainer when the piercing isn't healed because of the material it is made of.

You CANNOT change the bar that soon. Its slows the healing and can cause an infection. Its doubtful that the piercer's can pierce it with a clear bar because its best to do it with surgical quality steel.
My lip healed within a couple weeks. Your best bet is to wait until summer break and get it done then. You then have the time to let it heal properly and make sure that nothing goes wrong. Also, when you do get it pierced, be sure not to touch it or play with it with your tongue. Don't talk to much and don't irritate it. For the first week or so, its a good idea to drink from a straw and try not to eat solid foods. Rinse with warm water and salt after every meal.
The reason for not touching or irritating it is that doing those thing might cause the piercing to reject. Which means the metal will slowly rise to the skin as an attempt to get the foreign matter out of your body.
Also, a ring is the best for healing as you can rotate the hoop to get the warm salt water inside to clean it.
All in all, just try to hold off until summer so that you can care for your piercing properly.

I wouldn't suggest trying to change it so soon. You might not be able to get the new labrette all the way through after such a short time. When I had mine done, I was told six weeks to heal, and I had 'everything' pierced, so I know a thing or two about this. Maybe wait till you have a longer school break, and give the piercing time to heal fully.
Good Luck

nope. you'll most likely won't be able to change it to a clear bar, until the lip has healed enough, that it has it's own skin lining the inside of the piercing, so it wont' get infected when you change bars.
that won't be for a few weeks.

usually you have to leave it in for a few weeks. technically you could change it, but it would be a really bad idea - infection, scarring, ect. if your school gives you a hard time about it, put a small bandaid over it until it heals, then switch to the retainer.

You cant change it right away, so see if they can piece it with a clear bar or you are just going to have to wait.
