Check the mall, The Deb has some great colorful dresses. If your low on cash u should check out any local thrift stores, I volunteer at one and people are always donating clothes with the tags still on them or only wore a couple times. You might find some vintage style dresses there too.

Try the store "Wet Seal" usually at the mall. They have a ton of colorfull clothes right now. :)

i saw the latest old navy commercial they have really cute dresses also try wet seal, forever21, express, Delia's

try macy's, they have a large selection and they're very colorful. remember you can check the internet and store websites to save time!
