Isn't it kind of selfish to say "Yeah, I do what I want. It's my body." Is life really that bad that you don't want to live that long? Just because all the old farts in your life are miserable and pathetic, that doesn't mean you have to be. It's been my experience that the miserable ones are the ones who've ruined their bodies all their lives.

Umm it's not that easy...I don't do drugs and I never will. I was young and didn't care about living when I was hooked as a teen. I had a lot of really bad things in my life happen to me. While it is not an excuse, it just goes with the fact that I felt at the time I started, that I had nothing to live for. People could say the same thing about people that drink beer and liqueur, it can have some benefits. But it can also cause cancer, impaired judgment (when it comes to unsafe sex and driving and family abuse) and every time you drink you are killing your braincells! So I guess you would have to be 100% clean from everything to say that you have NEVER abused your body.

interesting way of looking at the older people in your life, but it's absolutely true...the most miserable one's have generally torn up their bodies during their lives, not just smoking but eating, drinking, etc.
