He takes so long at his locker because he has to talk to everyone he sees and then I'm late for class. So today I was telling him "please hurry up, please go" and he yelled at me "oh my god youre the most annoying person I've ever met!" And i am extremely sensitive about being called annoying because of a very bad experiance when I was in 3rd grade. What can I do about him hes so mean but he is popular.

You should really step up to him and tell him that you don't have all the time in the world to wait for him to move and don't pay much attention to the fact that he's popular because people that are Popular in a snotty way expect for everyone to do what they want them to do.

Get ahold of some confidence and forget about what happened to you in 3rd grade or everyone will continue to treat you that way. If you don't get rid of it then it will be a bull's eye on you forever.
When this boy pulls these things stand there with confidence and very politely tell him to hurry up and stand your ground or find a way to beat him to the locker and get your stuff first.

If he is acting like a jerk and taking forever, I would go to the office and see if I could request another locker. Otherwise, I would tell him if he was a real man, he would be respectful and let you get your things instead of talking down to you. You need to stand up to him.
