No. They're used by adults not kids. The usage of "toy" in the term "sex toy" is not the same as the usage of the word "toy" when people talk about the things kids play with.
In other words, the word "toy" has a somewhat different meaning when used in the phrase "sex toy" as opposed to the sort of "toy" you'd find in Toys Я Us. And that meaning would definitely not fit the usage of "toy" in a toy store.
Sex toys in Toys R Us would be outrageous and would cause a huge uproar.

That is a stupid question!!! Dont you know that there are kids that say they are over 13 years of age and look at stuff (questions/answers etc.) and get in loads of trouble if there parents see them doing Y!A.
