Does Bush's war on terror now include getting the US military caught in the middle of Civil Wars that have nothing to do with killing terrorists? Has Bush ever told the American people that the reason he invaded Iraq was to stop a civil war using the US military?
(Today the Pentagon officially admitted that there was a civil war in Iraq).

There was no civil war prior to the US destabilizing the previous Iraqi regime under Saddam. I think we can all agree that in this global war on terror, Iraq is not involved, nor was it. Even still, we have to pay the price for our leaders' mistakes (note the plurality, it's not just Bush and it's not just Republicans). Having Iraq as our Middle Eastern ally can greatly benefit the US.

No. are you able to provide a link the place the Pentagon is asserting that the US is battling in a civil conflict in Iraq? I actual have already appeared and all i chanced on became that there have been fears of it turning out to be a civil conflict. Yahoo recommends which you provide a link anyplace a probability. Most people in Iraq want democracy and peace, look at who turned up at the polls even under death threats. What is happening in Iraqi is not a Civil War but terror from insurgnets. We know you hate Bush and the administration, but getover it and move on dude, try posting something constructive!

Don't know. Up until now Mr. Bush has said there is no civil war in Iraq. Being that he wants more troops there it would sound like it. We only know what the government lets us know.

Shiites being killed, torutred, etc. (and kurds) being killed by sunnis during Saddams regime is ok.
Shiites fighting back is not ok.
Why is that?
