I do. I get really mad. Because I know we should all be treated fairly and even my other co-workers says so themselves that everyone should be treated fairly so as not to have any tensions at work.

It's annoying but it's also something that is not all that uncommon unfortunately. Without knowing specifically what it is your boss is doing it's hard for me to say what course of action you should take. If it's something that a lot of your co-workers feel uncomfortable about and will support you in, you may want to speak to someone in HR about your boss's behavior.

No. Of course, it helps when I AM the boss.
Just do your work and be grateful you have a job. Otherwise, quit and find another job if you are displeased.
