The definition of the word forsake means "to give up"...So basically if you said "I do" to all that stuff the guy in the suit read on your wedding day you told a big bunch of people (including your wife) that you were giving up all others (hottie or not...)
For some reason I am having a hard time typing this response without laughing my butt off though...hahahahahahaha!

That's really a question to ask your wife. If she's ok with it, great. However, if you entered your marriage with the understanding that you would not, in fact, "get with a hottie for a one nighter" - then that's what "foresake all others" means in your marriage.

Forsake all others means you will be faithful to your wife and only your wife. Ask her about some strange every now and then. My bet is she says no way!
