It is very possible you are pregnant. The light bleeding sounds like it could be 'break through bleeding'. (Which is common)
Don't worry though, your OB can remove the IUD and in some cases they even leave it in. It will totally depend on your OBGYN and the type of IUD you have in.

Remember that nothing is 100% except taking it all out. So it's possible that you are or have something wrong with the material that is inside of you. You made the right choice by going to the Dr to be sure. Good luck.

sounds similar to the copper ones from the late 70's and early 80's. They didn't work.. Go to the DR

You really need to get it out if you are pregnant. I use to have a IUD. And it worked for me for yrs never had a problem.

Yeah your pregnant it happens even with birth control and protection only way to not get pregnant is to not have sex.

you're probably pregnant. If you choose not to terminate, you should ask your doctor about having it (the IUD, not hte child...) removed.
