No, it doesn't hurt much. It's just annoying. It's the equivalent of me snapping your jock strap.

Usually guys did that to girls in Jr High and High School where I come from...I remember that I was always so happy that I didn't have enough on top to have to wear a bra yet so I never got picked on that way because the guys could plainly see that I didn't have anything at that time in my life

It's not that painful. It's just so darn disrepsectful to have some guy grab your bra strap and pull your boobs back into your chest.
