Ok, you know that density is :

D = mass / volume

Mass = 3kg

volume = 20/100*2/100*2 = 80*10^-4

D = (3 / 80)*10^4 = 375 kg / m^3

Formula:Density = mass/volume
step 1: find volume of wood = 0.2m*0.02m*2m=0.008m3
substitute mass =3kg and volume =0.008m3 in above equation.
Density =3/0.008= 375kg/m3
