well clothes i think abercombie and fitch it great so is american eagle i love thoses 2 stores or target always o favorite u can get makeup as far as makeup goes i would stick too covergirl it is a natrual line or maybelline is great too

I've tried quite a few higher end and drugstore brands of makeup. For skin, the best I've found for foundation is Clinique. It's not cheap compared to something like Covergirl, but the bottle lasts for about 3 months, so it's really not bad at all.
Clothing, I personally love to shop Victoria's Secret online. They have the CUTEST tops, sexy dresses, and pants. Since I'm tall, the pants they have are a great choice (you can choose different inseam sizes). As a warning, I find that their clothes run small.

There's no such thing as one best brand for everyone. After all, choices differ greatly among humans and are dependant on different views and other things. Make-up, for example; a "good or best brand" won't necessarily mean it can't give you a rash or a break-up when having very sensitive skin. A best brand is what suits you, your personality, your attitude and your budget in the best possible way. That is: Improving your image while making you feel great about yourself without going bankrupt or making huge sacrifices!

I think JcPenney's has great quality clothing, Old Navy and Gap are cool too. For makeup I like Mary kay, Avon, Jane, Covergirl or whatever's on sale.

It's different for everybody.
For me, I usually wear clothes from Victoria's Secret (cheap and comfy) and Shiseido cosmetics.
