If you are serious about this feeling that you often get, I really would suggest that you look into getting some counseling or therapy because you are more than likely suffering from depression. Therapy is very helpful in sorting out issues and problems in your life that you may be going through. Also, another good idea, if you are feeling depressed, is to look into seeing a Psychiatrist who can put you on medication that will help stabilize your depression, if in fact they diagnose you with depression. If you are really not feeling safe though and you feel like you are going to act on your impulses the best thing to do is to go directly to the emergency room where they can evaluate you for depression. It may mean that you may need to be hospitalized and started on some kind of antidepressants if you aren't already. This way, they can observe how the medication is working and make sure they aren't causing any harmful side effects. I hope this helps you. Good Luck with everything and please take care of yourself and stay safe.

If you really need to address this feeling, why not try bungee jumping (slightly less dangerous) or log on to "rotten.com" and see the results of losing a battle with a running train.

Why?
Little voices in your head!?
Never act on their advice.
Remember, those young people who calmly walk into schools - Columbine, for instance - say they felt inclined; heard someone telling them, etc.
You can think rationally, so know what the end of such a crazy act would be for you. I don't believe that's the way you want to go.
