You can, but just as with everyone just be careful with how much, and maybe limit it even further. Since the recommended amount is no more than 3 times a week for average healthy adults, you may want to have it only once a week or less.

I ate tuna yesterday! Lol. Fish is really good for you when you are pregnant actually-just not raw fish like sushi [which I've been craving so much-I think just because I can't have it though.] and other fish with too much mercury. You can look up the types of fish you can eat, but tuna in the can is fine-at least for me it is! Lol. Good luck! Tuna sandwich here I come! Lol.

Yes!!! I'm sure too much fish is not a great idea because of the mercury in it but I think tuna in a can should be fine. With my 1st I was so nervous to eat everything they tell you not to..like cold cuts & feta. I ate it anyways and everything was fine! I am now prego 2nd time around and intent to eat whatever i want (within reason)...so enjoy!

I believe you can eat canned tuna just fine, but fresh tuna should only be consumed every now and then. Double check with your doctor or google it, I am sure there is something online that will tell you.

So i've got been off of it in view that. yet guy I omit it...i admire Tuna salad in a substantial way. nicely basically my tuna salad. i bypass on a tuna a sushi binge as quickly as little bit is born.

Tuna should be fine as long as you dont eat a whole lot of it. You should stay away from "high mercury" fish as too much mercury can affect your baby. I'm pretty sure salmon is one of those things you're supposed to stay away from.

Pretty sure it's okay to eat it like once every 1 or 2 weeks. Not alot though there is a high mercury count.
