I am walking on an incline these days, and my butt and thighs hurt. I love that feeling!!!!

There are lots of things you can do at home,try walking lunges they are amazing for the butt and legs!!Be sure not to let your knee pass your toes when you do this,you can even carry your son with you when doing this,just walk around and take big(not too big) steps and squat down and you will get a good burn!!After many years at the gym this is my favorite for butt and legs!!Good luck!!

i wish my butt would dissolve, i hava a big ghetto booty anyway for my size but with each pregnancy it gets bigger and even when i lost the baby weight, my butt stayed.
