I used to pinch mine but someone told me that causes capillary damage and then you have permanent fine red lines on your cheeks. I went to MAC and they helped me choose a blush that suits me and really does look natural.

Take really good care of your skin. A mild cleanser in the morning and really protect your skin from the sun. Drink lots of water. All of this will keep your skin in great condition and it will allow the natural color to show through. There is a good chance, though, that you won't be able to acheive a pink color naturally if you are tan. Good luck. A good lightweight cream-based blush though will LOOK natural if you cant get there without makeup.

Uh... Doesn't your question get away from the whole 'natural' idea?
I mean, if it's natural, that means you don't DO anything to get it...
