I felt like everything was normal up until a few weeks ago...Before i even found out I had all the typical pregancy symtpoms, Nausia, heartburn, hungry alot, anyway I dont need to explain that part, but the point is that I felt like someone that was pregnant.
That all changed about 2 or 3 weeks ago, i just noticed that my sickness went away like totally, Im not as hungry anymore, heartburn isnt nearly as bad, I have read on a few internet sites that if your symtpoms just stop its a sign of a miscarriage Now i know what your are all thinking....GET TO THE HOSPITAL cuz ur having a miscarriage....WELL I'm not bleeding, and didnt ever bleed at all during this time, NO i have no cramps or anything that indicates a miscarriage. So can anyone tell me if they have had this being pregnant before? I have 1 son already and this pregnancy is totally different, I was really sick with him and was pretty much the wholle time..? Maybe im just lucky to feel completely nomal???

It's not a sign of miscarriage. It's fine.. so long as you've had a positive pregnancy test, you're fine. You're just lucky. The symptoms could come back.

I really think that people take these pregnancy symptoms way too seriously. You CAN be pregnant with a totally healthy baby and have no symptoms other than a missed period.

If it makes you feel any better, I had the OPPOSITE problem. I was 5-6 weeks pregnant, found out in the ER (I was very sick) and they said I had a threatened miscarriage (there was blood around my tiny baby). That night, I started bleeding, I knew that could happen but I was in such immense pain that at 1am, I was at the hospital and they gave me something for the nausea/vomiting and pain that continued. The next morning and until my d&c (around 4pm), I STILL had the nausea/vomiting. So it can go the totally opposite way, too. It's all about how your body reacts.

It could be that your hormones went through an adjustment & the symptoms went away. But it could also be a miscarriage that hasn't been expelled from your body yet. In my first pregnancy I miscarried before I had known it - the only sign was that my OB had done a couple of blood tests & saw the pregnancy hormones drop. The bleeding didn't start for a couple more days. I hope I'm wrong, but call your doctor to check. You'll be more relaxed if you are told that everything is OK.

Good luck.

Are you sure your only 2 months pregnant cause it could be a sign of your second trimester in which symptoms do ease up for a while and you will tend to feel better? I wouldn't stress it if its been a couple weeks and no sign of bleeding or anything it's probably fine you may just be lucky on of my girlfriends never had any of the crappy symptoms of pregnancy and she had three kids sometimes i wanna smack her for that lol but really seems like you should just enjoy it and let your doctor know at your next prenatal.

yeah-remember not every pregnancy is the same. If you're not having any cramping or bleeding what makes you think you're miscarrying? Eating fluctuates so much during pregnancy. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my appetite is decreasing believe it or not. Perhaps you're stressed out, and thinking about you miscarrying is only going to add more discomfort to your child and yourself!! Believe me, all of the heartburn and appetite will come back, especially since you have a long ways to go still. Lol... pregnancy-it's so weird sometimes! Good luck!!

Its always worth a quick trip to the docs when things change - but you could just be lucky. I had twins and not one day of nausea or any other pregnancy 'symptoms (except a huge tummy!)
Take care

My sickness stopped too in the beginning...for about 2 days and then came back full force.

It doesn't mean miscarriage.

I'd get it checked out but don't panic. Everything could be fine.

And remember that every pregnancy is as unique as the baby inside.
