Yes, but the times I've seen it, I was at either a cruddy restaurant or a gas station. Once I even saw someone go to the bathroom and then while they were walking out, turn on the hand dryer without even washing their hands!!! EEWWW

omg. yes .. i have a friend who is a firefighter and we went to walmart and this little old lady was waiting at the men's door for her elderly husband.. my friend (the firefighter) was on his way to the men's door when the little lady asked" will you check on my husband he's been in there for a long time..." so him still being in uniform didn't feel right refusing. so he went in... The elderly man was in there cause you could hear him grunting.. my friend asked if he needed any help he said no but my friend continue to ask because he looked on the floor and CRAP was everywhere. By the time my friend got in the stall to help him crap was everywhere and the elderly man was trying to pull his pants up... poor elderly man never had a chance to was his hands they had to get an ambulance come take him because he had crapped so much they were afraid he'd be majorly dehydrated .. not to be mean about telling the story but to me even though it was sad it was gross and funny.

In public restrooms most of the handles for the sink have more germs on them than my what's on my body. If there are no paper towels to use like a glove to shut off after washing, I won't use that sink. Think about it. I don't pee on my hands either.

Yes. Especially in restaurants. Women will blow up(BM) the restroom. Leave without washing their hands. And go back to eating their meals. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty!

My co-worker David is like that. I refuse to let him so much as pat me on the back. I think he has cooties but I can't think of a polite way of telling him that he's nasty for not using personal hygiene.

I think all of you have this backward.
I always wash my hands BEFORE I go so I won't get it dirty. Can't be too careful with ones tools ya know.

oh yeah, its just plain disgusting..
i think if ur in a bar or club when everyone is drunk and couldnt care less, then they have an excuse.. but how about in a restuarant or something?! ew! germs everywhere..

one lady here dropped her cell phone in the toilet, fished it out put it in her pocket and walked out without so much as looking at the soap

EWWW!!! YES!!!! nasty hoes!!! ill be in there, and ill hear all sorts of farts and ker plunks in the toilet, next thing i know, ill be washing my hands and theyll run out the restroom...
