Well, sometimes it can help to pull more at a forwards angle if you are taking it out too early, but really it can just hurt more because its still dry and really its not meant to be taken out when its like that but thats it - no really huge explanation behind it.

It might have hurt because it wasn't pushed in all the way. Or because the tampon wasn't full if blood yet. It is difficult to pull it out when it's not full. Also when taking out a tampon try to relax. Relaxation of the muscle will make it easier to pull out. Good Luck.

It hurt because the tampon was still dry and there wasn't enough fluid to allow a smooth release. You may also have pulled it out rather abrubtly, this may cause some discomfort. In future, pull it out slowly & take a deep breath in and out to allow the musles to dilate. Once this is done the tampon will come out easily.

tampons have the tendency to dry you up and they can be hard to pull out if you are not bleeding a lot. And you may need time to get used to them, if you are young and still a virgin, try a different type they have slim tampons made for young girls just starting out, try to stay away from the super ones. those or for us old folks! LOL and there is only one way to pull them out.

Tampons work like a sponge to absorb fluid... that includes your normal "lubricant" on the vaginal walls. So instead of being thin and slippery, it has swelled up, but is still rough and dry (and no vagina likes that!)
It doesn't hurt when you put it in because the applicator is smooth.

because the vaginal area has thousands of nerve ending, thus pulling or inserting a tampon hurt. Especially, if you are a very young girl..

you need to relax while doing this (as hard as it sounds), relax those muscles when you pull, and make sure that you're not changing it too often... usually every 4-6 hours is more than enough, also you might be using super absorbant when you need regular.

hope you feel better!

Because its dry like cotton stuff so thats why, it causes friction between your vaginal walls and the cotton or whatever it is

It doesn't have enough fluid to come out smoothly.
