How can one unstop dried gel ink pen?

Can I get dried gel ink pen unstopped?

I don't know if gel-ink would behave the same way, but I have unstopped regular pens by sicking the ball-point in the flame of lighter for one second. It might work for this too.

try soaking it in rubbing alchohol overnight
