They will very likely do a quantitive blood test which- depending how busy their lab is, may be back later in the day. If not, I have never heard of it taking more then 48 hours.
If you are two weeks late, they may ALSO give you an in office urine pregnancy test that is ridiculously sensitive (usually used for IVF patients)
Good luck!!!!

From the experiences I have had with my ex-wife, you can get the results with in a day. You mentioned you had done a home pregnacy test... If that is true, try another... Home pregnacy test are in the upper 90%. So if you have to negatives in a row with two different tests... You are statistically not pregnate. Plus 2 weeks late on your period is nothing to be overly concerned about... Diet, exercise, stress and number of other things can delay or stop your period. I have had girlfriends and my ex-wife go up to 3 months without a period. My current wife did have one for 9 months but then again she was undergoing CHEMO for cancer. Chances are you are not pregnate.. But try the two test's and see what the results are... Mike

They can put a rush on a blood test and have the results the same day.

It usually only takes about a half hour or so, depending of course on how busy they are in the lab. I had mine done and called back in a half hour (like i was told) and they had the results back :) Goodluck!!!

Could be 2 hours if they have a lab or 2 days if they have to send it off.
However they will be able to get a + or - urnine if you are already 2 weeks late.
Best ofluck on what you want!

Most results will be available to you the same day depending on what time of day you have the blood drawn.
