When I download Cake Mania and my time trial runs out, I can download the game from another site and the game "picks up" where the previous installation left off. When I try this with Peggle, it wont work. Why?

I think it depends on the game site. I have noticed that a download on one site allows me to play until a quit, while others close after 60 minutes, regardless. It may also be who designed the game!

See, that's the crazy thing about games. They call it a "free trial" because it's free. The full game isn't called a "free full game" because the full game isn't free. I know that's a crazy concept, but it's true! Believe it or not, sometimes people want to get paid for their work. Sure, that makes them complete jerkbutts for wanting to pay the rent and feed their families and stuff, but sometimes people are just jerks like that.

This happens with me as well. It really depends on the game and the website.
You could, of course, just buy the game and it wouldn't have to be like that but you might eventually grow bored and regret your game purchase.
