What?! Not sure I understand the question or if there even is one. 'Death do us part' is part of a marriage vow. Lawyers do the job they are hired to do, and couldn't proceed without instructions from a client that has hired them. It's the client that breaks the vows taken in a marriage ceremony and puts god's directives aside.
