Some flowers just bent at the middle and died right before my eyes. I must admit I am quite freaked out. Has it happened to you?

Dude seriously you need to get the gas company out to check your house for a gas leak or carbon monoxide poisoning! I lived in a rental house a few years ago and the gas water heater was really old and had a leak so bad that when My jerk landlord finally called the plumber he said it was so high we should have been dead by now! My sons and I had been experiencing headaches and threw up everyday for a month I though we had some really weird virus! The plumber actaully made me leave my house while he turned it off! I still have health problems in my lymph nodes now from carbon monoxide exposure. Please for you and your familiies safety get it checked ASAP! The only reason I'm probably here right now, is that my husband would always leave the door to the garage open all the time and it was probably the thing that saved us. Wilted plants or dead birds is a very good sign along with the symptoms we had.

No. I have never had flowers die under mysterious circumstances. That must be rather scary for you, but I am sure there is a valid reason it has happened.

Yea they just dry up and turn colors and i got so freaked out until i remebered i forgot to water them. And maybe because they got knocked over and has had a ton of stuff sat on top of it. and the fact that it hasn't had water in about month.

It used to happen a lot because I always forget to water them - then I just stopped bringing living plants into the house and now all is well :)

The Sun has probably not help the flowers photosynthesize.

That's never happened to Cat, but everyone knows not to give her plants! Cat will kill a plant, unententionally, by messing with it.

Do you own a cat who views them as salad? Mine does!
