After reading some of their posts I am rather quite astonished at either their, a.) lack of intellectual honesty, or b.) their complete lack of understanding the basics of the constitution and/or geopolitics.

Perfect example: Steve C below says when the fbi spies on americans with no justification heads need to roll. I assume he is talking about the audit findings of last week that the fbi overreached in asking for telephone call records (not the transcripts just the numbers). He failed to mention that in all instances the report said they were done as part of terrorist investigations. So I say that is very good justification, and that some mistakes are bound to occur. Now if the fbi had been investigating all libs on yahoo answers phone records for some political witchhunt then sure you'd have a point...but they weren't so you don't. Again case closed...but they don't care they just hear something and repeat it like sheep bleeping...lol

Why not ask a real question and then show off your own understanding of the constitution and geopolitics? Throwing out a provocative headline and then implying that your own point of view is clearly correct without actually talking about anything is intellectually corrupt.

Nice examples.....I feel the same way about conservtives justifying Bush trampling all over the constitution....when the FBI is spying on Americans with no justification, heads need to roll.

Yes. I herd it was a bad disease to get. I hope I don't I get it,have a family to support. On the other hand if I do get that disease I would have to let the government support my family. Maybe not such a bad disease after all.

apparently you're ignoring all the conservative posts?
either that... or you have no understanding of any of the things you mentioned...
Saddam did 9-11... right? (I don't know how many times I've heard this one on here)
and, just on a side note... do you think Bush understands geopolitics?

I just read an answer where a Conservative/Democrat said there should be a hunting season on Liberals. Are you really expecting intelligent input from people like that????

"lack of intellectual honesty" -- that's hilarious!!!
Would you care to go point by point on the events of the past six years and see who has lied more??
Bush wouldn't stand a chance...

You mean like the guy comparing Rush Limbaugh with a Neo-con? Talk about absolutely no understanding of what neo-cons stand for and how liberal they are.

Sorry to say, but being a conservative this disease infects both parties and there seems to be no cure.
